La Grenouille, a historic French restaurant at 3 East 52nd Street. In this house Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, who wrote The Little Prince, spent time with his friend, the painter Bernard Lamotte. It was in the upstairs room of La Grenouille where Bernard resided and where paragraphs worthy of a little prince were written.

United Nations Secretariat Building, located in the Turtle Bay has 39 stories. It was designed by the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer and the Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier and was completed in 1952.
